- Intended Use: These seeds are intended for cultivation purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption.
- Cultivation Results: While we provide “Smart Seeds,” the final yield depends on environmental factors, soil quality, irrigation, and adherence to cultivation guides. Agrinofy Seed cannot be held responsible for crop failure due to natural disasters or improper farming practices.
2. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and digital content (including Smart Cultivation Guides) are the intellectual property of Agrinofy Seed (an Agrinofy Venture). Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
3. Purchases & Payments
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is verified through our authorized channels.
- Agrinofy Seed reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or technical errors.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to deliver seeds within the estimated timeframe; however, delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Agrinofy Seed is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact details.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- Due to the biological nature of seeds, returns are only accepted if the packet is received in a damaged or tampered condition and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification of the reported issue.
6. Digital Support (QR Code & AI)

The digital guides provided via QR codes are for advisory purposes. Farmers are encouraged to use their best judgment and local agricultural expertise alongside our digital recommendations.
7. Limitation of Liability

Agrinofy Seed’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the seed packet. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products.
8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
