1. Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays or weekends (unless specified by our courier partner).
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Delivery (Inside Dhaka/Major Cities): 2-3 business days.
- Standard Delivery (Outer Areas/Rural): 4-7 business days.
- Express Delivery: Available in select areas for an additional fee.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification containing your tracking number(s).
- You can track your seeds’ journey through our website or the courier partner’s portal.

We partner with leading logistics services in Bangladesh to ensure that your seeds are handled with care and reach you in optimum condition for planting.
5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Agrinofy Seed ships primarily within Bangladesh. For international shipping inquiries (via Agrinofy Exim), please contact our corporate office directly.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Agrinofy Seed is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim or providing a replacement.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delivery to the wrong location due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
