At Agrinofy Seed, we stand behind the quality of our “Smart Seeds.” However, due to the biological nature of our products, we maintain a specific policy regarding refunds and returns to ensure the safety and integrity of our seed stock.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Damaged or Tampered Packaging: If you receive a seed packet that is torn, crushed, or tampered with, you are eligible for a return or replacement.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive a different variety of seed than what you ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Reporting Window: You must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened Packets: Once a seed packet has been opened, it cannot be returned or refunded due to the risk of contamination and loss of viability.
- Changed Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind after the order has been processed or delivered.
- Growth Issues: Since plant growth depends on external factors (soil, water, climate, and farmer’s care), we do not offer refunds for poor harvest results once the seeds have been sown.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Take a clear photo of the damaged/incorrect product and the delivery invoice.

- Our team will verify the claim within 24-48 hours.
4. Refunds
- Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (Mobile Banking/Bank) within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Replacements (Exchanges)

Instead of a refund, we highly recommend a Replacement. We will ship the new packet to you immediately after your claim is verified, ensuring your planting season is not delayed.
6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
